The Supersonic 10K is a fantastic flat & fast course, great for setting a quick time or for a chance to take in the stunning Bournemouth coastline at your own pace.

Starting at the spectacular and beautiful Hengistbury Head, which forms the main division between Poole and Christchurch bays, the first 2km of the route makes its way along the cliff tops affording participants the very best views of the coast before dropping down onto the seafront.
