The London Marathon is the event which most runners dream to take on at least once in their lifetime. Whether you join us with your own place, or secure a WWF charity place, you will be helping WWF restore nature, protect wildlife, and create a thriving world for years to come.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Applicants

To apply for a WWF charity place, please complete our application form. As you can imagine, we receive a high volume of applications and allocate our places based solely on the information provided. Please tell us what motivates you to run for WWF and how you plan to maximise your fundraising.

We will notify successful applicants by the end of July 2023, and ask all charity place runners to pay a £100 registration fee and commit to raising a minimum of £2,000 in sponsorship.

WWF Charity Place

If your application is successful, you will receive a link to complete your registration and secure your charity place with WWF. 

Own Ballot Place

The London Marathon ballot will be announced towards the end of June 2023. If you are lucky enough to receive a place, we'd love you to join our team. There is no minimum fundraising target for an own place runner and you'll receive a range of support from WWF to help you prepare for race day.
