Tell us about you, your school and the fundraising event. We'll use your details to keep in touch with you about your fundraising, send you tips and information on how to donate, as well as our inspirational fundraising pack, free of charge. 

If you are under 18, please ensure you have your teachers, parents or guardian's permission before submitting this form. We ask your date of birth to ensure that we contact our supporters in an appropriate way.

You must be over the age of 16 to recieve the fundraising pack.

Please use the address of the school you are requesting the fundraising pack for. 

All packs are being sent digitally. 

Please tell us the date of your event. If it is multi-day event, this should be the start date. If you don't know your event date yet, please leave the date section blank and tick below.

We can offer in-person (location dependent) or virtual assembles for your school. They can be about the work of WWF, how fundraising helps bring our world back to life and how you can get involved in fundraising. There is no cost for the assembly. 

If you tick yes, someone in the fundraising team will be in touch to discuss the assemby.
